Creating your account

InfluenceX has two kinds of account, and you choose which one you are when you sign up. The choice decides what you see, so it is worth getting right.

Creator — you make content and want brands to find you. Your profile is your pitch: your niches, audience size, rates and past work.

Brand — you represent a company looking for creators. You get a brand account that your colleagues can join, and you search, save and hire creators.

Signing up

1. Choose Creator or Brand.

2. Enter your name, email and a password.

3. Verify your email with the code we send you.

4. Complete onboarding — this builds the first version of your profile.

You need to be 18 or over to use InfluenceX, because collaborations here create binding commitments.

Can I have both?

You can hold one account in each capacity, but they are separate accounts with separate email addresses. Most people only need one.

I signed up as the wrong role

Roles cannot be switched after onboarding, because the profile underneath is a different shape. Write to us and we will help you start again on the right one.
