Submitting deliverables and handling revisions
Each deliverable in a contract moves through its own set of steps. You can see where every item stands on the contract page.
The steps
Pending — not submitted yet
Submitted — the creator has sent a draft for review
Revision requested — the brand has asked for changes
Approved — the brand has signed the draft off
Live — the creator has published it and added the link
Who can do what
The creator submits drafts and marks items live. The brand approves or requests revisions. Nobody can move an item on someone else's behalf.
Revisions
A brand can request up to three rounds of revisions per deliverable, unless you agree otherwise between you. The limit exists so that "one more small change" cannot run indefinitely against a fixed fee.
Each request should say clearly what needs to change. Vague feedback wastes a round for both of you.
Publishing
A creator can mark an item live straight from review if it has already been published. We record what happened rather than pretending otherwise — an item that went live without approval keeps an empty approval date, which shows exactly that.
Add the live link and, once you have them, the view and engagement numbers. That record is what a brand looks at when deciding whether to work with you again.
