What happens after you accept an offer
The moment an offer is accepted, InfluenceX creates a contract between the two parties. There is no draft to review and no second signature — acceptance is the agreement.
What the contract holds
Everything the offer specified: the deliverables, the compensation, the agreed dates, and from then on the full record of what actually happened — submissions, revisions, approvals, published links and payment milestones.
Its three states
Active — work is under way
Completed — every deliverable has reached a final state
Cancelled — the parties ended it early
A contract completes only when all deliverables are live or cancelled. Content that has been approved but never published still counts as outstanding, because the work is not done until it is out.
Changing the terms
Terms can only be changed by an amendment, and the other party has to accept it. That is what stops one side quietly rewriting the deal.
Deliverables that have already been approved or published cannot be removed by an amendment. Once work is accepted or public, no agreement can un-accept or un-publish it.
If it goes wrong
Talk first — most problems are a misunderstanding about scope or timing. Everything is recorded, so both sides can point at what was agreed. If you cannot resolve it between you, contact us; we can provide the records we hold, though the agreement is between you and the other party, not with us.
