How offers work
An offer is a written proposal: what you will make, what you will be paid, and by when. It is the step between talking and being committed.
What an offer contains
Deliverables — each piece of content, its type and platform
Compensation — cash, product, commission, or a combination
Timing — when each deliverable is due, and when payment falls due
How long it stays open
An offer stays open for the number of days the sending brand chooses — 14 days by default, and never more than 90. If nobody answers before then, it expires.
What can happen to an offer
Open — waiting for an answer
Accepted — answered yes, and a contract now exists
Declined — answered no
Withdrawn — the brand pulled it before it was answered
Expired — nobody answered in time
Before you accept
Accepting an offer creates a binding contract immediately. There is no second signature and no draft stage. Read the deliverables, the money and the dates carefully, and ask questions in messages first — questions are free, renegotiating a live contract is not.
