Adding your team to a brand account
A brand account is shared. Campaigns, saved creators, applications, offers and contracts belong to the brand, not to whoever created it — so your colleagues see the same pipeline you do.
Roles
Admin — can add and remove members, edit brand details and request verification, in addition to everything a member can do.
Member — can do the collaboration work: post opportunities, review applicants, send offers, manage contracts and message creators.
The person who creates the brand account is its first admin.
Adding someone
Colleagues who sign up with an email on your brand's verified domain join your brand account automatically. There is no invitation to send — they register, verify their work email, and they are in.
An admin can also remove a member from Brand settings → Members. Removing someone stops their access; it does not delete the work they did, which stays with the brand.
Why the domain matters
Your brand's website and contact email are locked to your verified email domain. This is deliberate: it is what stops anyone signing up and claiming to represent your company. It also means the domain decides who can auto-join, so treat it as part of your security.
