Getting your brand verified
A verified badge tells creators your brand is who it says it is. Creators are more likely to reply to a verified brand, particularly for their first collaboration with you.
How to request it
An admin on the brand account requests verification from Brand settings → Verification. Your request then has one of three states:
None — not requested yet
Pending — with our team for review
Rejected — declined, with a note explaining why
Once approved, the badge appears on your brand page and everywhere your brand is listed.
Before you request
Make sure your brand name, website and contact email are complete and consistent with your verified email domain. Most rejections are for details that do not match a real, findable company.
What the badge does not mean
Verification confirms the specific checks we performed — that the brand is a real organisation and that the people on the account belong to it. It is not an endorsement, a credit rating or a guarantee of good conduct. Creators should still do their own due diligence before committing to work.
We can revoke a badge if the information behind it stops being true.
